28 Nikau Street NEW LYNN, Waitakere City

Approx 1920's built. Yes not many changes to the home since then. An absolute charmer that will reward untold to the individual/s that bring this home into 2012.
Two double bedrooms - not too much planning should see this as three bedrooms. Lovely private courtyard at rear of home. Plenty of lawn to develop into gardens.
It is time for the owner to move on. Those with vision will not be disappointed with their inspection.
