Marco Chak

Marco brings extensive business development, relationship management and commercial experience to his role as Business Development Manager within our Property Management team.

With a career spanning property-related projects, construction, renewable energy and business development, Marco has built a strong track record in identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships and delivering solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. Prior to joining Ray White Northwest, he held senior business development and leadership roles, including seven years as a Business Development Manager with Triangle Solar Energy and two years as Managing Director of Triangle Construction.

Marco is an approachable and highly personable communicator who places great importance on building genuine, long-term relationships. His experience in negotiation, client acquisition, stakeholder management and business growth gives him a strong understanding of what property owners value — clear communication, responsive service and confidence that their investment is in capable hands.

Based in West Auckland, Marco has a strong connection to the local community and is passionate about helping property owners achieve the best possible outcomes from their investment. He works closely with new and existing clients to understand their individual needs and ensure they receive a high level of service from the very beginning.

Marco is fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling him to assist and communicate effectively with a broad range of property owners and investors.
